Buat tim talk, kalo assistant lw punya stats man handling tinggi, working with youngsters tinggi, level of discipline lumayan, dan motivating 16-20, uda tgl 'ask assistant', 70% pasti bener.
general tips:
1. when playing away from home, be more generous with your praise.
2. sometimes it's good to not talk anything during the half time interval, ini kalo morale pemain lw tinggi(dan lagi kalah).
3. if u are losing, yet ur team's overall morale is not good' do 'encouragement'.
4. If ur team isn't scoring because the opposition's goalkeeper made alot of save, then 'symphatize'.
5. If ur team is losing at half time and the average rating is around 5-6 and only a couple of 7, then u can say i expect nothing more than a win, but that if playing home. depends on ur club's general personality, these should be okay for ambitious and determined.
6. If ur team is winning, against a top team, 'warn of complacency', then they will usually 'get more focussed'.
7. Using too much regular and same praise all the times will make it less effective, so having a variation is good.
Specific Team talk:
1. buat yg ga tau, '.....what you left before', itu option keluar gara2 lw substitute dia di previous match, u can say this to him if he played badly in the previous match, and u are giving him a second chance.
2. Spirited. traits yg plg gw demen. klo lw bisa motivasi mereka, mereka bakal 'on-fire', normally 'u can make the difference here', contoh pemainnya martins! or yg plg efektif, kalo martins di half time maenya jelek, 5-6, lw blg 'disappointing',pasti on fire abis itu,ini gw jamin.
3. Determined. i think the effective one is 'i have faith in ur ability' tp jgn sering2.nanti gw research lagi.
4. Ambitious. need more research on this.(biasanya expect a performance)
5. Professional. Do not critize them too harshly. for instance if ur team plays badly average rating 5-6, but the professional got 6. u can get angry to the whole team, but just say 'disappointing' to the professionals.
6. u do not praise Pplayers who only play 0-10 minutes of the game, unless they score or assist. Why not? because the praise will become ineffective easily. imagine: lw di puji cuman gara2 muncul dan lari2 selama 5 menit, in ur impression pasti 'gampang bgt gw dipuji?' heh.. ^^

akhirnya gw tau opposition instruction gimana maeninnnya
kalo striker lawan cepet pake tight marking
kalo strikernya kuat di udara dan lambat pake closing down
terus selalu dihardtackle biar pada maknyus
wingernya juga di closedown ama hardtackle semua
jgn lupa aim the weaker footnya biar susah nembak

1. otak atik coaches, bikin training gw plg dikit 5 bintang, mutual termination coach ga penting, tp jgn banyak2, byrnya mahal. ambil goalkeeping coach dari palermo, jadiin coach biasa. lupa namanya, klo gw,gw jadiin assistant manger. scoutsnya juga penting, mo cari pemain muda yg bagus, lw arus ada scout yg 18-20 in judging potential ability, dan arus bisa kasi progressive reports. dan terus kasi mereka assignments biar knowledge lw nambah, klo gw kasi south america, mo cari maradona dan pele yg mungil2 hehe..

2. gw baca coach reports gw buat pemain d reserves gw, dan gw jual yg ga bakal improve lagi,tambah2 400k an deh. trus pemain gw yg gw ga bakal pake gw jual, gara2 liverpool kebanyakan pemain, gw ga mo maen rotasi, jd gw jual crouch, benayoun. dan jgn lupa loan pemain2 berbakat, offer to clubs as 'loan'.

p.s: klo tiba2 ada beberapa pemain cedera gara2 training, turunin weight trainingnya(tergantung cederanya apa).gw da perna test,arusnya ok2 aja, mungkin ada org yg ngambek,klo gitu, masukin dia ke menu 'general' aja, yg tua2 ga perlu berat2,ga guna.hehe. cara ngambilnya gampang: extract .rar filenya ke Documents/ Sports Interactive/ Football Manager 2008/ Schedules/ . trus tinggal 'import' di menu training di FM08nya dengan path tersebut.
klo liat pemain cepet, tight marking. klo liat pemain yg kreativitas tinggi, always close down. klo buat pemain yg long shotnya jago tp balancenya jelek, aim weaker foot, knapa? soalnya pas ancang2nya, kita bikin lose balance dan akhirnya miskick. tackling gw selalu hard, kecuali uda kartu kuning, misalnya kuyt kartu kuning, gw bakal ganti tackling easy, karena tackling attributes dia lemah, jgn2 bikin kartu merah ribet nanti. klo org kayak steven gerrard, hard aja trus gpp. buat lawan yg wingernya jago, focus passing tengah aja,kcuali lw pede ama winger2 yg lw punya. klo winger2 bagus dan ada target man yg tinggi di tengah, focuzs passing both flanks. dan maenin arrow buat arahin winger lw utk menusuk masuk (cut in), ato go byline and cross deep. contoh, tipe kayak pennant ato lennon, pasti gw suruh lari ampe ujung (CROSS FROM BYLINE). sedangkan kewell yg jago gocek, gw suru cut in alias masuk (Cross FROM DEEP
Buat tim talk, kalo assistant lw punya stats man handling tinggi, working with youngsters tinggi, level of discipline lumayan, dan motivating 16-20, uda tgl 'ask assistant', 70% pasti bener.
general tips:
1. when playing away from home, be more generous with your praise.
2. sometimes it's good to not talk anything during the half time interval, ini kalo morale pemain lw tinggi(dan lagi kalah).
3. if u are losing, yet ur team's overall morale is not good' do 'encouragement'.
4. If ur team isn't scoring because the opposition's goalkeeper made alot of save, then 'symphatize'.
5. If ur team is losing at half time and the average rating is around 5-6 and only a couple of 7, then u can say i expect nothing more than a win, but that if playing home. depends on ur club's general personality, these should be okay for ambitious and determined.
6. If ur team is winning, against a top team, 'warn of complacency', then they will usually 'get more focussed'.
7. Using too much regular and same praise all the times will make it less effective, so having a variation is good.
Specific Team talk:
1. buat yg ga tau, '.....what you left before', itu option keluar gara2 ldia previous match maennya bagus,rating 8 kek gitu, jadi kita kyk suru dia tunjukin lagi formnya.
2. Spirited. traits yg plg gw demen. klo lw bisa motivasi mereka, mereka bakal 'on-fire', normally 'u can make the difference here', contoh pemainnya martins! or yg plg efektif, kalo martins di half time maenya jelek, 5-6, lw blg 'disappointing',pasti on fire abis itu,ini gw jamin.
3. Determined. i think the effective one is 'i have faith in ur ability' tp jgn sering2.nanti gw research lagi.
4. Ambitious. need more research on this.(biasanya expect a performance)
5. Professional. Do not critize them too harshly. for instance if ur team plays badly average rating 5-6, but the professional got 6. u can get angry to the whole team, but just say 'disappointing' to the professionals.
6. u do not praise Pplayers who only play 0-10 minutes of the game, unless they score or assist. Why not? because the praise will become ineffective easily. imagine: lw di puji cuman gara2 muncul dan lari2 selama 5 menit, in ur impression pasti 'gampang bgt gw dipuji?' heh.. ^^

Kadang mungkin kita bingung mao milih yg mana, akhirnya milih asal, tapi jangan!!
Tiap pilihan efeknya beda.
Kan pilihan nya ada 3 tuh...

1. Pemaen A ideal role model
2. Pemaen B would benefit by adopting Pemaen A approach to the game
3. Pemaen B can learn from Pemaen A

nb:
Pemaen A: Pemaen senior
Pemaen B: youth playernya

1. Ideal role: Pake kalo misalnya mao ngasi Player's Preferred Moves (PPM) Pemaen A ke Pemaen B (pemaen mudanya). Syaratnya: determination, work rate dan influence pemaen A harus lebih tinggi daripada pemaen B

2. Mental approach: Ini bagus kalo dipake sama Pemaen A yg punya mental bagus dan mau dikasi ke pemaen mudanya. Jadi gunanya cuman buat naekin stats mental si pemaen mudanya. Contoh penggunaan: youth player 16 taun yg technical attributes nya udah bagus + udah ada PPM nya, tapi mental nya jelek.

3. Learn from: Ini dipake kalo pemaen mudanya cuman mao belajar PPM dari Pemaen A.

5 Helpful Hints for Football Managers

Team talks

If a team is low motivated or under great pressure from the press (or yours), the tactics will not work effectively. If your players have always played below their usual form, you are running poor talks with the team. This situation can be handled during conversations before the match and after the first half in the dressing room. But do not forget asking assistant to check reaction of your footballers on your talks!

Conditions of players

If your players are overloaded at the training or simply too tired, tactics will not work effectively. Remember, the main sign of overloaded trainings - your players approach the match with the conditions less than 95.

Many newcomers in team

If your team has a lot of newcomers, prepare yourself to the fact that the first 6-8 games will be somewhat chaotic for team due to low team-work. Learn from the assistant about team cohesion.

Team leader

If your team has no leader with a high determination, team will begin playing unstable sooner or later… Try to be sure having such team leader.

Your reputation

If you are new coach for the club, your low reputation will drop morale of your players. It will produce immediate impact on the team performance.

Pilih [Player Interaction] trus pilih [Comment on Recent Form] ..... tapi pilihannya hanya ada setelah klub anda bertanding, trus itu player yang main, bisa di-praise dh ..... Tapi jangan keseringan ya, nanti player-nya jadi kurang respek sama anda ..... Kalo bro paise player yg bener2 top performance, misalnya: cetak hattrick atau MOM beberapa kali berturut-turut, praise-nya cukup bilang pleased, ntar pemainnya senang banget & janji menaikkan performanya lagi di pertandingan berikutnya.

Gue sih asik-asik aja, soalnya dari dulu gue kalo main game punya prinsip, harus gue yang ngendaliin itu game, bukan komputer ngendaliin gue...:))
Enak loh jadi "Tuhan" =))

Tapi, dengan ngebikin semuanya jadi powerful, banyak yang terungkap tuh terutama limitasi game itu sendiri.

Contohnya nih ya, di FM, walaupun udah di set Potential Ability sama Current Ability ke 200 (maksimum), attribute juga maksimum (20 atau 100), ternyata attribut itu ga bisa permanen, selalu berubah, apalagi untuk pemain muda dibawah 21 tahun. dari semua attribute 20 semua, tiba-tiba drop jadi tinggal 16, permainan di lapangan juga jadi beda.

Udah ada versi terbarunya nih FM Modifier 2.23

Klo pake logo kits n face pack tinggal ke my document-sport interactives - FM2008- graphics (folder ini ga ada jd dibuat aja).
abis tuh,masukin deh folder2 face ato logo kit tiap liga ke folder graphics

Ga akan terlalu berpengaruh bro, karena SI emang menurunkan conversion rate pada situasi one-on-one dengan kiper. Di v 8.0.0, conversion rate (yang artinya peluang mencetak gol bagi pemain) berada pada kisaran 30% (yup 30%!!). Itu yang bikin FM2008 jadi makin susah bikin gol.
Nah, di 8.0.1 katanya conversion ratenya diturunin lagi.

Tentu, SI ga sembarangan menentukan ini. Sebagai developer game FM yang punya reputasi luar biasa (sejak jaman CM), pasti alasannya adalah untuk membuat game ini semakin realistis.

Setelah iseng nyoba2 FMM, alias ngedit pemain jadi wonderkid dengan reputasi worldclass semua...:D, gue menemukan beberapa hal yang patut diperhatikan saat main FM2008.

Gue udah tau lama sih soal AI FM yang cerdas2. Dari sejak CM4 (yang pertama pake lapangan 2D), emang udah banyak yang bilang bahwa AI di FM itu akan menyimpan data-data strategi yang lo pake. Alhasil, sekali lo kalah, maka strategi yang lo pake saat kalah itu akan disimpen oleh AI dan setting yang dipakai untuk ngalahin taktik lo akan dipakai lagi di pertandingan berikutnya (ga peduli lawannya siapa).
Jadi kebayang kan main FM itu ibarat lo berhadapan dengan ratusan, bahkan ribuan pelatih yang saling tuker2an data...:D
Itu salah satu alasan kenapa sekali lo kalah, hampir ga ada pilihan lain kecuali lo ngeganti settingan taktik lo, meski ga perlu ngubah semua secara keseluruhan.
Sampe FM2006, gue biasa install ulang game FM setelah main 2-3 season. Alasannya jelas, supaya database AI-nya kembali default dan taktik kita bisa dipake lagi dengan mudah.
Nah, di FM2008 gue nemu lagi satu hal menarik.
Gini, gue mainin satu klub dengan pemain semua punya attribut maksimal kecuali aggresivity dan Injury pronesses. 10 pertandinga pertama gue bisa menang rata-rata 5-0 dengan jumlah bervariasi, paling gede, 9-0.
Di pertandingan ke-11, gue masih menang, tapi dengan skor 5-1. Inget, AI cuma bisa buat gol sekali.
Yang gue temuin di pertandingan ke-12, dengan lawan berbeda dengan saat gue menang 5-1, itu lawan beberapa kali nyoba taktik yang sama dengan saat gue kebobolan satu gol itu. Arah serangan, cara ngumpan, dlsb. Hasilnya, sekali lagi gue menang tanpa clean sheet.

Kesimpulannya: AI di FM2008 udah makin jago. engine game ini tidak hanya nyatet taktik yang dipake saat lo kalah, tapi juga cara nyetak gol ke gawang lo.

Bisa jadi, fenomena ini akan sulit terlihat jika kita mainin game secara normal artinya pemain tidak ada yang diedit. Tapi dengan kondisi superpower seperti yang gue lakukan, baru keliatan.

So, beware...:D:D:D

- Reduced ability of players to "stop dead" when picking up ball at pace
- Tweaked defensive line slightly
- Attackers without high mentality setting now defend a bit deeper
- Tweaked on ball decision making to try to reduce players caught in possession too easily
- Reduced pointless long shots on weaker foot
- Fixed over-long keeper kicks
- Made players help out team-mate on ball more readily
- Fixed players leaving post for no reason as corner swung in
- Reduced condition drop slightly ( aimed mainly at midfielders )
- Increased hit on attributes caused by low condition
- Fixed rare score divergence between platforms
- Improved goalie position when narrowing the angle on attacker
- Made AI ( FM 8.0.2 only ) use man marking on players who dominate possession

- Fixed bug where keeper can fail to control back pass and slice clearance to opponent for no logical reason
- Fixed bug where defender can run ball into own goal instead of making clearance
- Increased no of fouls, cards and penalties back towards v663 level
- Fixed bug where marking at set pieces is too static and sometimes loose
- Fixed corner taker ignoring instructions on where to place corners
- Fixed freakishly long clearances from deep positions
- Reduced careless passes across own area at lower levels
- Stopped defenders stepping out to close down midfielder prematurely

- Fixed problem with cursor in number fields on Mac.
